A refreshing, no-bake twist on classic tiramisu with layers of cream cheese, orange-soaked ladyfingers, and fresh strawberries. Alcohol-free, ready in under an hour, and perfect for customizable summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 pint fresh strawberries, tops removed and sliced
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
2 teaspoons strawberry preserves, melted (not boiling hot)
1 package ladyfingers
¼ cup orange juice
16 oz Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed (divided use)
2 teaspoons strawberry extract
Fresh sliced strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

Toss sliced strawberries with sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Let sit 15 minutes.
Spread half the cream cheese filling into a 9×9-inch dish.
Pour ¼ cup orange juice into a shallow dish. Dunk ladyfingers for 1-2 seconds and arrange over the cream cheese base.
Spread half the marinated strawberries (including juice) evenly over the ladyfingers.
Smooth the remaining cream cheese layer over the strawberries. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, fold strawberry extract into half the Cool Whip. Spread over the second cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining marinated strawberries and garnish with fresh slices. Chill for 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use orange juice as a non-alcoholic substitute for coffee in traditional tiramisu.
Replace strawberries with raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries for seasonal variations.
Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow layers to set.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
