1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
4 pounds strawberries, hulled
3 tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ¾ cups sweet whipped cream

Blend 2 pounds strawberries until smooth, adding water to make 2 cups puree
Add sugar and cornstarch to puree, cook in saucepan over medium heat
Bring to boil, stir constantly, then cover and refrigerate

Gently fold in whipped cream in three additions
Spread cream cheese mixture into prepared crust
