Transform your summertime snacking game with Edible Aquarium Popsicles, vibrant and playful frozen treats made with blue sports drink, lemonade, and colorful gummy fish. These sweet, tangy popsicles are perfect for kids and adults and bring a cheerful underwater twist to any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups blue sports drink (e.g., Blue Raspberry Gatorade® or Powerade®)
1 cup clear lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
1 cups gummy fish (Swedish Fish® or other small fish-shaped gummies, assorted colors)
Popsicle molds (6–8 capacity)
Popsicle sticks (if not built into the molds)

Instructions

Mix together 2 cups of blue sports drink and 1 cup of clear lemonade in a large measuring jug or bowl. Adjust blue food coloring if desired for more vibrant color.
Place 1-2 gummy fish into the bottom of each popsicle mold. Pour about ¼ of the blue mixture into each mold. Freeze for 20–30 minutes, until slushy but not fully frozen.
Add another 1-2 gummy fish to each mold. Fill the molds to the top with the remaining blue lemonade mixture. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
Run warm water over the outside of each mold for 10–15 seconds. Gently pull to release. Serve immediately for best texture and appearance.

Notes

Use molds with built-in handles for easier removal of popsicles.
Adjust gummy fish colors or shapes to create different underwater scenes, like a coral reef or a treasure-filled ocean.
Store in the freezer until ready to serve. Best enjoyed within 1–2 weeks for optimal taste and texture.
