8 oz cream cheese (240g) or 240ml chilled coconut cream
4 oz plain yogurt (120g) or additional cream cheese/coconut cream
1 cup powdered sugar (120g) or 240g sugar-free alternative
5 medium strawberries (about 2 cups, stemmed and mashed)
1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
Prepare ingredients 30 minutes prior (chill coconut cream)
Puree strawberries: Remove stems and crush strawberries in a blender or mash with a fork
Mix base: Add cream cheese (room temperature) or coconut cream to blender
Blend to smoothness: Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth
Chill and serve: Divide into glasses/ramekins, cover, and refrigerate 2-4 hours
Dairy-free/vegan: Use coconut cream + coconut yogurt
