Instructions

Mix the marinade: Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl or resealable bag
Prepare the chicken: Trim excess fat and pound thicker chicken pieces to ½-inch thickness
Marinate: Submerge chicken in the marinade, seal, and massage to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 24 hours
