4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Gently pound thick chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness
