Sugar (1 tablespoon)
Chocolate candy coating (16 oz)
Parchment paper
Fork

Instructions

Hull strawberries and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Use a fork to gently mash into a chunky puree.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of puree per bite onto parchment paper, forming 6 equally sized discs.
Freeze for 3–4 hours until fully solid.
Melt chocolate candy coating according to package instructions (microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between).
Dip each frozen strawberry disc into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Decorate as desired.
Return to freezer for 1–2 hours to set the chocolate.

Notes

Use room-temperature chocolate coating for smoother dipping. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
Customize with toppings like crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut flakes.
