No-bake protein balls combining Oreo crumbs and cream cheese for a sweet, crunchy treat loaded with plant-based or whey protein. Ready in minutes, they’re perfect for snacks or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

8 oz (227 g) cream cheese, softened
15–20 Oreo cookies, crushed (including cream filling)
1 cup (30 g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Pinch of salt
Optional: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin
Bring cream cheese to room temperature
Combine softened cream cheese and Oreo crumbs until smooth
Gradually add protein powder, mixing after each addition
Add milk, vanilla extract, salt, and mix-ins if using
Roll 1 tbsp of dough into balls and place on parchment-lined tray

Notes

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
